Limiting Beliefs
Have you ever thought; I struggle to lose weight, I can’t say no to bad food, I’m not good enough, I’m too old to get my old body back, I always fail at diets etc etc etc these beliefs start to take over your life and before you know it they start to become a reality. It’s time to reintroduce better and more positive beliefs so you can start impacting you life in a better way!
Who are you?
Who you are is a reflection of what you have in your life. If you believe you are an overweight and unhealthy person you will make decisions and ask questions based on that identity. If you believe you are a happy and healthy person you will make decisions and ask questions a health and happy person would. Eg. Do you ask questions like - Why is it so hard for me to lose weight? Why am I never motivated?
Would you like to start asking questions like - I wonder what healthy smoothie I can create this morning? I wonder how I can squeeze a quick walk in before work?
The questions you ask yourself determine what you believe about yourself and if you start asking the right questions you will start getting the answers you want.
